Flagship duo. 2D origins rebuilt through an AI-assisted 3D pipeline with locked character references.
DJC Kids is not a side project. It is a substantial body of creative production: character-based content, music, animation, video, storytelling and digital distribution, directed and managed at scale for nearly two decades.
What it is.
An original children’s media property with recurring characters, formats and a consistent visual identity. The catalogue spans animated stories, songs, educational content and character series, all produced to one standard and one canon.
How it grew.
Upload by upload, year by year. The channel compounded into one of the larger independent children’s catalogues on YouTube: 261M+ lifetime views and 288K subscribers, with a 500+ video FAST-ready catalogue representing more than 20 hours of content.
The story is not a viral moment. It is longevity: the ability to keep producing, keep the standard, and keep an audience coming back for eighteen years.
My involvement runs through the whole pipeline, from the first idea to the published video and everything the catalogue becomes afterward.
Original characters, recurring properties, story formats and the visual identity of the property. The world has an internal logic, and every new piece of content has to earn its place in it.
Story development, format design and scripting. Stories are built for the audience: clear structure, repeatable formats, and pacing that holds young viewers without talking down to them.
Character design, art direction and visual standards. A series bible keeps every production on model, so the catalogue reads as one property instead of a pile of unrelated videos.
Songs, scoring and sound design direction. Music is a first-class part of the property, not decoration added at the end.
Hands-on production and final edit on the catalogue. Every upload is reviewed before release: story, character, sound, packaging.
Content packaging, YouTube publishing and optimization, audience-focused programming, catalogue management. The work does not end at export; it ends when the audience finds it.
460+ published videos do not happen by accident. They happen because the production system is designed for volume without losing the standard.
Formats, templates and production checklists turn each video from a bespoke project into a reliable run of a proven system. New ideas enter the system; finished videos come out.
Review points at story, visual, audio and packaging stages. The standard is enforced by process, not by memory, which is what lets the catalogue stay consistent across eighteen years and multiple production eras.
Every video is produced as part of a library, not a one-off. Metadata, series structure and repackaging (including a 500+ video FAST-ready catalogue) keep old work earning new audiences.
Production moved from hand-drawn frames to digital pipelines to AI-assisted workflows. The tools changed; the directing did not. Locked references, reviewed takes, one canon.
DJC Kids has become a practical laboratory for folding AI into real creative production, without giving up human direction or editorial control.
I use AI to extend what I can make, not to decide what gets made. I direct the creative intent, the structure, the pacing, the characters, the storytelling and the final editorial decisions. The technology executes; the direction stays human.
Music generation and arrangement, visual development and reference generation, video production assistance, editing and repackaging workflows. Tools like Suno for music, ChatGPT for development and scripting support, Google Flow and AI-assisted visual and video generation for production, OpusClip for repackaging, and PowerDirector in the edit. Each tool has a defined job inside a directed process.
What the story is. Whether a character stays on model. Whether a take ships. Whether the work is good enough. Those calls are the director’s, and the process is built so they always land with a human.
A large catalogue is unforgiving: inconsistency shows immediately across hundreds of videos. That makes DJC Kids an unusually honest test of whether AI-assisted workflows can hold a creative standard at scale. They can, when they are directed.
DJC Kids has been in continuous production since 2006. The property survived every change in technology by adapting the workflow and protecting the creative standard.
Original productions built by hand. Characters, stories and music created from nothing, establishing the property’s voice and visual identity.
The catalogue grows into a serious YouTube property. Repeatable production systems take shape; the audience compounds into hundreds of millions of views.
AI-assisted production enters the workflow: music, visuals, video and repackaging. Output expands, the standard holds, and the catalogue passes 500 FAST-ready videos.
460+ published videos, 288K subscribers, 20+ hours of content. Still directed, still produced, still evolving.
Recurring characters and properties, not a collection of unrelated videos. This is what makes DJC Kids an IP, not an upload history.

DJC Kids is the proof that I have been building creative systems, producing content, understanding technology, and turning ideas into finished media for a very long time.
Creative direction, production systems, and AI-assisted workflows, across the whole portfolio.
